The meal on November 11 will be Turkey tetrazini (and tuna tetrazini).
Tetrazzini is an American dish made with diced poultry or seafood and mushroom in a butter/cream and cheese sauce flavored with wine or sherry.
Our version is prepared as a baked noodle (linquini) casserole, with sauted vegetables and peas stirred in. We usually consider this a one dish dinner.
We will also be having home made bread and salad.
